I can not preview .psd files in XP

When I bought PC and installed Adobe Photoshop CS first time I can preview
..psd file in XP without use PhotoShop, but later when I reinstall Photoshop I
found that when clicking a .psd file, there is no preview.

There should be a thumbnail generator defined (not natively available in
XP). Try here:
