I can not get logged into my mail- it is asking for user name/pass

Have you considered entering your username and password when it asks you for
them?

Hi, I'm having same problem, took my PC to PC World for a 'health check' and
now Windows Mail is asking for a Username and Password. I can't remember
either of them but there doesn't appear to be a way of asking for them or
retrieving them!

You can get them from your mail provider.
