I can not create report, all other function working Why?

My access MDB is on the server. One or two users where able to create and run
report for the first day. From the second day no body can use the report
function. No virus and malicious software. What could be the problem? Access
MDB created locally also does not allow report and report wizard. When
running report wizard at the end it says can not complete the report.
 
There have probably been at least a dozen posts regarding this issue in the
last week. You might want to make sure you have a default printer defined in
Windows.
