On system2:

1. Click Start | Run, type "secpol.msc" in the box, and click OK.
2. Click Local Policies.
3. Click User Rights Assignment.
4. Click "Access this computer from the network" and make sure that
the Everyone group is included.
5. Click "Deny access to this computer from the network" and make sure
that the Everyone group is NOT included.

The error "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon
type" is relatively well known here.

Thank you for your immediate response.

I had add group "Everyone" to Access the computer from the network
setings, but after restarting computer "Everyone" automatically
removed. Now "Administrators" only placed.
How to solve the problem.

Once again thanks

I assume that these computers belong to a workgroup, not a domain. If
they belong to a domain, group policies might be making the change.

Give access to the Everyone group, then shut the computer down and
start it in "Safe mode with networking". See if the access permission
is still there. If it is, then a program that runs in normal mode,
but not in safe mode, is removing the permission. In that case, you
can disable startup programs in the Startup tab of the System
Configuration Utility (Start | Run | msconfg) and enable them
one-by-one, rebooting each time, to find out which one causes the
problem.
