I bought Template from Colligan.com and can't use it

I bought Template from Colligan.com.
I tried to open Template in FrontPage window,but got warning:FrontPage has
been configured not to open this file type.You can change this setting on the
Configure Editors tab in the Options dialog box (Tools menu).
What to do?
I tried to change this setting, but without succeed.
May you help me?

I believe you have to install the template before you can edit the files.
