I bought a new hard drive, how do I transfer existing outlook data

Old drive is installed as a secondary drive now. The drive has a very
limited future as it's reliablity is questionable, so I don't want to point
to the old drive, I want transfer the data to the new copy of Outlook 2000
I've installed
