I am using xp english can't able see chinese in the internet

I am using xp english can't able to read chinese in the internet. Also can't
able to install the language pack from the internet. Please help.
 
I'd sggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Windows XP, or one related
to Internet Explorer.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
