I am using microsoft access and new files are not saving

Recently our microsoft access database has stopped saving new files added.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?
 
I think you need to clarify a bit more: an Access database IS a file.

Are you using OLE Field to store files inside an Access database file?

If that's the case, storing OLE data can bloat your datbase file badly and
you might have hit the max. size of an Access database file (1 GB for A97, 2
GB for A2000 and later)
 
MDB is crap; use Access Data Projects-- they are a little bit buggy;
but vastly more powerful than silly mdb files
