I am unable to receive automatically forwarded emails from Outloo.

I have just set up rules in Outlook to automatically forwarded incoming email
to my POP earthlink account so that I can access via Versamail on my Tungsten
C PDA but these emails are not being received. I am able to manually forward
emails and receive them.
 
Is this at work using Exchange? If yes, check with the Exchange admin to see
if they are blocking replies and forwards to the Internet.
