i am unable to copy & paste filtered data to another sheet.

After applying filter whenever i copy or paste the filtered data to another
sheet the total rows selected (apart from the filtered only) be pasted at the
second sheet.

Please suggest what should i do in case of excel 2007.

Do you mean to say that only the filtered items are copied? If so that is how
excel functions when you copy/paste filtered data.
