I am unabel to open my default e-mail folder.

Unabel to open default e-mail folder. Outlook could nor start because a
location to send & receive mail could not be found
Several highly qualified technical people have tried new installations and
setups all to to avail.
 
No information here. Post Outlook version, mail account type and the steps
you used to corrupt this profile.
New installations would never fix a problem like this. A new profile would.
