If you have installed the full version of Office you will find Microsoft
picture manager as part of Office.
In your Start Menu you will see Microsoft Office or it maybe in your Program
files on the Start menu.
After you locate the Microsoft Office menu select Microsoft Office Tools and
you will see Microsoft Picture Manager otherwise you may have to re-install
from your CD
