I am trying to download wildtangent and it tells me it is not pos.

I am trying to download /instal jvm/msjavx86_3805.exe I am using an HP
computer with XP .
 
This is a Microsoft ACCESS newsgroup. We help build databases in the
application - Microsoft Access.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, probably one for the WindowsXP
operating system.
