Whenever I copy a webpage and attempt to transfer to a slide in Power Point
the c the image decomposes into many parts over alarge area. Is there a way
to take a snapshot of what I see on a web page and directly copy to a
slide...?

Also, if the webpage has animations can these be preserved in the copy in
Power Point?

You can use Alt + Print Screen to capture what you see. Then it is best to open
an image editing program like MS PhotoEditor or Paint and save it to your hard
disk in an image format. Then use Insert > Picture > Picture from File to
insert it on a slide.

Probably not, but it depends. Can you give us the web address so that we can
see how it's composed?

Here are examples of two websites with animation which I would like to use
because I am giving a presentation to teachers on the 19th of March that
introduces many websites available for them in Science. I don’t want to do
searches during the presentation but would rather have captured web pages
with their graphics as would be seen if you went to the site. Here are two
examples:

Those are Flash videos. The first one must be purchased. If you want to use
the second one I would recommend that you request permission to use it from
NASA.
