I am send the same message over and over and over..embarrassing

I am using dial up becuse there is no other choice in my locale. In sending
an email... it goes out and then repeats (duplicates) itself again and again.
One time 43 times. My isp is People PC and outlook 2003 with windows xp
pro are begin used. Can anyone help please?
 
Using NIS? Disable it!

account will be deleted without reading.

Are you, as Milly suggests, using anti-virus or anti-spam software that
scans your outgoing messages? If so, does disabling that scan correct the
problem?
