I am receiving e-mails with no information

I am receiving multiple e-mails daily containing no address....sender
name....subject matter or messages. I am using Outlook 2003 with Comcast as
my provider. Comcast claims it is not their problem. Is there any way to blok
these annoying e-mails from my in box
