I am receiving all of my MS Outlook e-mail messages but NO ATTACH.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and repaired and restarted, etc. etc. etc.

But I can't receive attachments. Any help?

Also, in the "sort by header status" column in my inbox, the icons are
strange-looking.
 
What version? How do you know you are not getting them, if it is just
because the paperclip is not visible on the mail list?
Have the missing attachments been large? If you uninstalled, did you run
the installer cleanup utility between installs?
