I am receiving 3 of the same emails continually, how to stop?

There are 3 emails from a co-worker that keep appearing in my inbox (dozens
every hour). I do not want to blcok the senders emails, but want to stop
these particular emails from coming. It is a pain having to continually
delete them.

I had the same problem the other way around when several of my recipients
were receiving dozens of the same mail from me, mainly when they had
attachments over 500kb. I found that it was my antivirus software which was
set to scan outgoing messages and attachments. Ity seems that if the
attachments were over a certain time the virus scanner would 'time out' but
send the email anyway. However, the email still appeared in my outbox so as
far as I was aware it hadn't gone so I left it there but in effect it was
being resent over and over. Get your sender to check the settings on his
virus scanner, it might solve the problem, it solved mine.
