I am not receiving emails from one particular email address

Allthough I have checked all Junk settings and Blocked Senders List etc., I
still fail to receive emails from one particular email address. I can send
to the email address without a problem & the recipient is receiving. We have
checked and double checked that the sender is using the correct email address
- to no avail. as I said, I have checked everything that I know of. Can
anyone help? Many thanks, Brenda F

This problem sounds more like a problem on the sender's end or between the
sender's mail router and yours, not like a problem on your end.

Hi Brian

Thanks for the reply - I am very much in agreement with you as it is the
ONLY one which is giving a problem. Everything else is Hunky Dory so thank
you - I will get them to check "their end" - so to speak!

Oh, c'mon, you can't figure out how to use the webmail interface to
your e-mail account? You managed to post here so you can certainly
figure out how to look at your webmail. Just open your web browser and
go to your e-mail provider's home page, login, and look in the Inbox
folder to see if the sender's e-mails are there. If not, go check the
Junk/Spam/Trash folders. If the sender's e-mails are in those other
folders, their e-mail got detected as spam or you have some server-side
rules defined (check your webmail options).

Or did you omit to mention that this problem is at work where you are
using Exchange as your mail server?
