An ATX form factor board will fit in an ATX case.
However high end video cards from NVidia and ATI are longer than other video
cards and may not fit inside the case, a frequent issue for less experienced
computer builders.
If you are planning on getting a high end video card the case description
should specify if it will accommodate a longer video card.

well i think that this motherboard comes with a nvidia video card integrated
so i wont have that issue with the video card i think

Go to the Tigerdirect page that you listed in your original post then move
down
the page a bit to where the image of the back panel is. There, from left to
right
you'll find the mouse/kb connectors and then the VGA port. This is a dead
give away that the motherboard has video on board, so now you can be
sure of this and not just "think" that it might have video :) Regards, Saga

well i was looking at it and the motherboard is not a atx so does that mean
that it will still fit in the case

The third spec on the Detailed Specs tab at your link is this:
