I am getting problems trying to activate windows

Hi I had just reinstalled windows xp home edition because I got a keylogger put in my system folder.But after I reinstalled and stuff.I tried activating windows but everytime I click on the keys in my task bar it opens up to the blue window and says Windows XP is already activated, click OK to exit.I am still trying but I still keep getting this message and a reminder comes up that says I have 6 days left for activation.What am I supposed to do?

I have "Borrowed" this from Rick "Nutcase" Rogers, and in the interest of
trying to help you, will repost his answer to someone else with a similar
problem;

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll

If this doesn't help try these steps:

Start the computer in Safe mode by hitting F8 at bootup. Start/run regedit.
Delete the following keys:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers

Exit the registry editor, restart normally.

No, you need to go to: Start>Run; then type in each one seperately;(Or you
can copy and paste each seperately)
regsvr32 regwizc.dll
then click OK;
regsvr32 licdll.dll
then click OK

See if that resolves your issue.

I dont really know much about computers but I found the dll's regwizc and

regsvr32licdll but I dont know how to start/run them

I jsut went into safe mode and went into HKEY_USERS and into microsoft in both of the folders but could not find cryptography in either of them.

Well my 30 days time has passed and when I try to login it says I must activate windows but it keeps saying windows is not activated and logs me off right away.I need help
