I am getting an error Winword.exe Event ID 4097

Hello,

I am getting an error Winword.exe when use the tool - Track Changes->
Compare Documents in Word.

Is there any special rules that I need to follow when I compare two documents?
I am using Office 2000. I had try this in three different computers and I am
getting the same error.

I'm not familiar with the error, but there are a number of things that can cause
problems with Compare Documents

- One of the documents has a damaged, internal file structure (corrupted)

- One of the documents contains tracked changes that haven't been
accepted/rejected

- the documents are too large

Is there any special rules that I need to follow when I compare two documents?
