I am getting a "file (blank) is unavailable message

When I try to open a file from My Documents, I get an error message that
reads, the file <name> is unavailable. This process was working fine a few
hours age. Now I cannot apen any saved document. Help!
 
If you are running Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in.
