Hyphenator and Printing Problems

I'm using Word in Windows XP for Small Business. When working with large documents I get a message saying that I haven't installed Hyphenator. Is anyone familiar with hyphenator

I am having problems printing selected pages when working in these large documents. Does anyone know if this is related to hyphenator or something else
