HyperText Transfer Protocol

I cannot see any HyperText Transfer Protocol.
Which settings I need to adjust?
I'm using XP (SP2).

Do you mean the following entry is missing in the Folder Options, File types
dialog?

URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol
 
I have 2 laptops connected to the same router.
With my old one (WinME), I can click on certain links that open a small
window (right clicking on that, it says "HyperText Transfer Protocol").
With my new XP machine, I just get a blank window, no error messages.
All cookies, Java and Active X are unblocked.
I'm sure there's a setting I have to adjust: do you know which one is that?
