error when attempting to download files from secure site

The following error occurs when I am trying to download my
bank ledger activity to use with my microsoft money 2003
application
I di not have this problem prior to updating to windows XP
SP2

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which
prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Any thought on how to fix this?
 
you could disable sp2's firewall, or right click and save
as. or print it.
