How can I set Outlook 2003 to stop telling me to get a digital ID in order
to send hyperlinks in mail and let me to just send.? I try to send links to
my other computer and accounts and can't do it. When I click on Send, I get
the message about getting a digital ID or change security settings. I go to
get a digital ID and they want 20 bucks for it. I can't see spending more
money after what Office 2003 cost me so I can send my mail. I go to change
security settings and take the check mark out for "Add a digital signature
to this message." That one mail will go but I have to this for every one
each time. I would to make it stick if anyone has any info on this.

Thanks

Tools->options->security. Uncheck the box to sign messages digitally.

OK, thanks for the reply. That worked.

But now, if I have Internet Explorer opened to a site using Windows XP Home
with SP/2 I click on the envelope icon and then on Send Link it opens
Outlook 2003 new email with the link in it. However when you go to Send,
nothing happens.

Creating a new mail typing in the web address or copying and pasting it into
the new gives me the hyperlink and the mail will send. So, this will work
fine for now.

Thanks Again,
Ed.

Nevermind, it works now. I had Outlook opened when I went to Internet
Explorer and then clicked on Mail and to Send a Link and it wouldn't send
when clicking on the Send button. I just now happened to have Outlook closed
and went to Send a Link and clicked on Send and it worked fine.

Sorry for all the bother.
