Hyperlinks

I have Outlook 2007. When I click on a hyperlink within an e-mail message I
get an error message stating: Microsoft office has identified a potentail
security concern. This location may be unsafe.

The URL is then preceded by the word "blocked" within the message window. It
looks like this:

BlockedHTTP://....

The window gives the option of continuing. When I click on "yes" it states
"access denined" and won't open the link.

I'm completly up-to-date on all updates from Microsoft. Can someone please
assit in turning this off.
