Hyperlinks

I would like to make a hyperlink so when the mouse moves over a name a photo
pops up on the same page. Can I do this in Front page 2003 and could you
step me through it? An example is on this site where the names of the
animals are (example: Star Spangled Banner in the 9th
paragraph)http://www.llama.co.nz/usa1.htm
