hyperlinks

Hyperlinks don't work from a mail message. I have to copy
and then paste them into explorer. how can I correct the
problem so that just clicking on the hyperlink will take
me to explorer and open the page?
 
What version of Outlook?
Do you use Word as your editor?
What Operating System?
Do you get any errors, or just nothing?
