Hyperlinks

I am trying to find the HTML code that controls a return
of a cursor to the starting (sending) page after accessing
another URL on the world wide web.

I used Front Page 2000 to create a table and I put some
hyperlinks in some of the cells. They work well but when
I exit the URL accessed I want the cursor to come back to
my page that I started the access from.
