hyperlinks stop working in PDF format

When a file is coverted to PDF format the Hyperlinks don't work.
Excel 2003 - PDF Creator is what is being used to covert the excel document
to PDF format.

I have searched and find nothing to address this issue. What PDF package
should be used to make them work?

Adobe Acrobat WRITER is the official application for creating PDFs.

You can try any application which supports hyperlinks while creating PDFs.
