Hyperlinks Problem

Some hyperlinks don't respond to clicking. How do you turn
it on or what could be wrong.
 
Disable the pop-up killers, webfilters [if any]. They may be causing the
problem. If not, try this:

1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [Internet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]

If this does not help, run this fix:
http://mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/IEFix.exe
 
If you have a popup stopper installed, you may need to hold "Ctrl", or some
other button while clicking the link, it will depend on which one you have.
Read the instructions for your stopper.
