Hyperlinks Not Working

When trying to hyperlink pages in the same document it seems that the only
way to do that is if you can see the slide in the slide preview box,
otherwise it doesn't work. Does anyone know why some slides in the middle of
the powerpoint presentation may not be able to be hyperlinked. They are not
seen in the slide preview box and the hyperlinks don't work even if you
choose "slide 12". This is happening and it is very annoying and I don't
know why. Help!

Do the slide titles of the slides to which you are linking have commas
in them. PowerPoint cannot link to slides where there is a comma in the
title. If you remove the comma and then redo the link, it should work.
Some people have reported that it will even continue to work if you put
the comma back in the title after redoing the link.
