Hyperlinks in PowerPoint Viewer 2003

Dear Al

I have started using PowerPoint 2003 to produce a health quiz for young people (7 - 10 years old) and have four answers to each question. I have added a hyperlink from each answer, but to make sure they hit the answer and get sent to the right page in the presentation I have added a clear box around the answer and hyperlinked this. I have brought the clear box to the 'front' and it works fine in the usual slide show mode, but when I transfer the presentation to CD Rom using the Powerpoint 2003 Viewer the clear boxes have disappeared! This means it's easy for the kids to miss the answer sending them to the following page rather than the page that the clear box was hyperlinked to! Can some dear soul please tell me if this is a problem with PowerPoint 2003 Viewer, or something I can change!!

Thank

Paul

One work around:
Instead of setting your box to no fill, set it to a fill that is close to
the background color (or the background itself) and then set the
transparency to the extreme of light (100%). That should still be seen by
the viewer as having a fill, but should also not be able to be seen.
