Hyperlinks in emails won't connect

Whenever I click on a hyperlink in an email in Internet
Explorer, nothing happens.
 
Hi,

Goto Start>>Run>>Type "REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL" Then reboot your PC.

After you reboot open Internet Explorer and goto Tools>>Internet
Options>>Programs>>Reset Web Settings.
