Hyperlinks Don't Work in Outlook Express

When I click on a hyperlink in a message in Outlook Express, an Explorer
screen is displayed, but no content. I tried the procedure described in MS
Article 823301, but that didn't change anything. Any suggestions?

Ask them in windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
