Windows XP Hyperlinks click and paste question

Simple and sweet.

I have pulled some data from another website for work.


There are two columns that I have to pull data from that have hyperlinks behind text. Currently I have to click to edit each word than click copy on the hyper link and paste it into another column. This is the only way I can figure out how to pull the hyper links out of the data.

I have about 2k of these emails and websites to pull out side the text, and paste into another column.

Is there another way to click a column of words with hidden hyperlinks behind each one and than paste the hyperlinks into another colomn? Or am I subject to doing this one at a time?
