Hyperlinks bunching to one page

when I type in a line, highlight it, and then click on
hyperlink, chose the page I want it to hyperlink to, that
works, but when I go down a line, (shift + enter), type in
another line, highlight it, click hyperlink, and chose the
page I want to hyperlink it to, it not only hyperlinks
that line, but it attaches the previous line to the same
hyperlink. I have a whole list consisting of seven lines
that now all hyperlink to the same page. Can someone tell
me how to fix this?

You have to hit just enter, set the hyperlink then back-space and hit
shift-enter or use tables/cells and space each link in it own cell.
