I can only say why not give it a try? My guess would be something like
clicking on the lotus 'note'. It will probably ask which program to open it
with.
Thanks for the follow up, it allowed me to create a hyperlink but gave me an
error anytime I clicked on it, I guess I should have been clearer with my
question.
Basically what I want to do is to take a static image of the lotus note and
add it to the access database, is this possible? I think the error is
occurring because the lotus note mail is on my c:drive, that's why I figured
a static image.
