Hyperlink

I have a form and I want to make the contents of a field a hyperlink. Lets
say Text1 has a formula ="www.webpage."&[lastname] I want to be able to
click on text1 and go to www.webpage.smith or www.webpage.jones ect... Right
now I changed the property of the text box to hyperlink and it is blue but it
will not send me anywhere. Do I need an on click event?

Try with a label:

Private Sub Command3_Click()
Me.Label2.HyperlinkAddress = "www.microsoft.com"
End Sub
