How do I make the hyperlink a picture instead of text?

Insert the picture on the page. Then click once on the image and then click the hyperlink icon and
insert the hyperlink.

right click on your graphic and select hyperlink

properties then in the address if it is to an external
site type the whole url including the http://

if it is to link to an internal page/file in your site,
navigate to your page or file in the main window that is
displaying your files in the pop up "edit hyperlink" box,
click ok and your link is created.

Insert your graphic, right-click it, create a hyperlink the same way you
do text.

right click the picture, insert hyperlink, then put in the URL to the page
as normal.
