Define "not working". For example:

o Does the dialog box appear at all?
o What input are you supplying?
o What results do you expect?
o What results do you get?

When I right click and select hyperlink properties
nothing happens! I have re-installed the program 3 times
and it still doesn't work! Any solutions??
