Hyperlink to bookmark

I am trying to hyperlink from a word on one page to a
word on a different page.
I follow all the directions in setting up a bookmark to
link to - but when I link to
it and follow the link back to see if it is correct, it
links to the top of the page instead
of to the bookmarked word. It does hit the right page -
just not the bookmark.
What am I missing?

Hi Theresa,

When you do the link are you click on bookmarks on the linked to page? The link shown should look like
mypage.htm#mybookmark
