Hyperlink shortcut not appearing

Hi
I'm sure this is a simple problem as I've been able to solve it in Excel
2007 but not 2002.
I have users with excel files where when they right mouse click on any cell
in the file it doesn't display the option "hyperlink".
If you create a new file it does give the option for hyperlink.
Hyperlink still works if you click on the top menu and select insert -
hyperlink (not sure why they are insisting on the right mouse click showing
it)
I found that if I open the file in excel 2007 and then click on "data" then
the filter button to remove filters, then hyperlink option starts to appear
when right mouse clicking. When I tried the same in excel 2002
data-filter-auto filter it turns the filter off but still the hyperlink
option doesn't appear even if I save the file.

I have tried everything I can think of, checking cells and the file are not
locked. Making sure the cell type is set to general. Clearing all cell...
But nothing seem to make a difference in 2002
Any help anyone can provide would be great as I'm sure this is a simple
setting to turn off/on - thanks

Make sure the user in not in Page Break View. The hyperlink option is
missing from this View.
