Hyperlink menu doesn't work

Hi,

I'm working with Word 2003 and I'm unable to add a hyperlink in my document
because when I select "Insert/Hyperlink" menu, nothing happens !!
Same thing with the shortcut menu.

I have tried this :
- Start a new blank document and use Ctrl+K. It doesn't work
- Closed Word, hold the ctrl key and restart Word in Office safe mode.
Ctrl+K doesn't work anyway

Could you help me please.

Thanks Stefan for your quick response, but my problem is not that menu
doesn't appears but it doesn't work.
But I have tried your solution and it doesn't work.
