Hyperlink from one worksheet to another workBOOK

I'm trying to create a link from a certain cell in one sheet, to another
excel workbook entirely...is this possible?
Everytime I try it says "cannot open specified file".

Any suggestions?
 
Enter something like:

file:///C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\Book2.xls#Sheet2!B9
