Hyperlink Association in Outlook

When using Outlook, if I try and click on a hyperlink within a message, the
link opens with Microsoft Word instead of Internet Explorer.

This started about two weeks ago and I do not know where to go to change the
association, (or how it got changed in the first place), so that all
hyperlinks open with IE.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Go "Control panel>Folder options>File types" - scroll to file type "HTML"-
Hi-light - under "details....." dialogue box should read "Opens with
Internet explorer" - if so click "Advanced" button and check that default
action is "Open" - if opens with any other program and there is a "Restore"
button rather than "Advanced" - click it.
Otherwise select "Change" option.
