how come i can only see "1" CPU screen in taskmanager?

My CPU is 3.2E hyper threading.

do you have any idea about that?

Hi

You may need to enable it in the BIOS setup.
 
Check your Device Manager, Computer Category. If it doesn't
say ACPI Multiprocessor CPU, then the Hyperthreading control
in BIOS setup is likely off. Because of this, XP installed using the
incorrect HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer).
