I have a laptop with 1 GB Ram running XP Home SP2. I have a great cable
internet connection using a Dell True Mobile Wireless router, but when the
laptop hybernates I usually lose internet connectivity even though I still
have an excellent connection to the router. When this happens the only way I
have found to re-connect to the internet is to reboot, whcih causes my wife a
great deal of frustration and basically makes my life miserable <g>. Does
anyone know what might be causing this and a possible solution.

Make sure to install the latest drivers for router and WLAN card. If
this does not help, contact the hardware manufacturer. Not all
hardware is compatible with Windows's power saving features.
